SCHEDULE YOUR INSPECTION
Please, understand this is an estimate. The final fee may be different based on a number of factors;
including location of the home, square feet, extra living spaces, and more.
Call if you would like more information or an exact quote.
If you cancel the inspection more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled inspection, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel the inspection with less than 48 hours notice from the scheduled inspection, you will only receive a partial refund of 75% the inspection fee.
The inspection cannot be canceled for a refund on or after the day of the scheduled inspection, as services are rendered at this time.

STRUCTURAL SYSTEMS
Foundations, grading & drainage, basements, walkways, and floor, wall and ceiling structures.
ROOFING
Roof coverings, drainage systems, flashings and skylights, chimneys and other roof penetrations.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS
Service entrance and panels, branch circuits, connected devices and fixtures, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and making sure your outlets are GFCI-protected.
PLUMBING
Fixtures and faucets, water supply systems, drain, waste and vent systems, water heater, vents, flues and chimneys, and any sump pumps or fuel storage and distribution systems.
HEATING, VENTILATION AND AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS
Heating and cooling equipment, ducts, vents and flues.
APPLIANCES
Dishwasher, garbage disposal, range hood, range or oven, cooktop, microwave, trash compactor, bathroom exhaust fans, garage door operator, and other built-in appliances.

11-MONTH INSPECTION
Purchase a new build inspection before your 12 month builder warranty is up.
PRE-LISTING INSPECTIONS

MAINTENANCE INSPECTION
If you aren't sure where to begin with maintaining your home, We can help. Getting a home maintenance report will highlight all the areas of your home that are in need of improvement and help you to keep your home in it's best condition.

If your property has a well, Haven Home Inspection can collect and submit the water sample for testing.
