If you cancel the inspection more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled inspection, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel the inspection with less than 48 hours notice from the scheduled inspection, you will only receive a partial refund of 75% the inspection fee.
The inspection cannot be canceled for a refund on or after the day of the scheduled inspection, as services are rendered at this time.

Fixtures and faucets, water supply systems, drain, waste and vent systems, water heater, vents, flues and chimneys, and any sump pumps or fuel storage and distribution systems.
